At first it took some time to develop a routine, but once you did, it has become second nature.
McQuinn notes when it comes to going to the gym or developing healthy eating habits, “as you give yourself more time, it becomes a lasting routine.”
The gym manager advises not to rush it, adding to give yourself some time to build an actual habit around your fitness journey.
