The four-year offer includes wage increases of 2% every year plus signing bonuses.
Canada Post is also proposing to ban compulsory overtime and hire temporary workers to offset the increased workload from November to January.
New financial services are also proposed, but Canada Post makes no mention of what they may be.
The union says the offer makes some movement a few of its key issues, but there’s still a long way to go.
Canada Post says its offer will expire Saturday just before midnight.
