Postal workers across the country are being asked not to work overtime as their union continues to negotiate a new contract for them.
Overtime, hours of work, and staffing are among issues in the dispute between the Canadian Union of Postal Workers and Canada Post.
The union says until Canada Post addresses the issues at the bargaining table, overtime won’t be taken.
Letter carriers are being directed to work no more than 8 hours a day, regardless of whether they have completed their routes.
