Expect to see the lingering cloud cover of the last few days to slowly move on.
Environment Canada’s David Rodgers tells us it’s normal for this time of the year.
“There’s a lot of open lakes in northwestern Ontario, and when you get a little bit of cooler air moving over the warm lakes, it creates a lot of low cloud, so we see this every fall over northwestern Ontario.”
The meteorologist adds there’s good news for the trick or treaters for tonight, as he doesn’t expect any rain to get in the way.
