Don’t expect Councillor Aldo Ruberto to vote against the designated truck route when it comes up before council again on Monday.
Some observers think the at-large councillor might have a change of heart but it doesn’t appear so.
He tells us right now he hasn’t seen too much that is going reverse his original vote.
Ruberto suggests it would take a compelling argument for that to happen.
He also responds to critics who chastized him for voting to support the new truck route though the city.
The councillor says he and his family regularly drive on the Thunder Bay Expressway and any increase in truck traffic affects them as well.
